Delivery Options

Click & Collect

Simply order and pay for your goods online and once we have received your order and processed it, we will e-mail you to let you know as soon as it is ready to collect. All stock is subject to availability.

When collecting in person, you will be required to give your unique order number which can be found on your confirmation e-mail. This e-mail should be shown at the point of collection along with the card you used to pay for your items. You will be asked to sign a copy of your order to confirm you have picked up your goods.

If someone is collecting for you, they will also be required to present the unique order number and a copy of the confirmation e-mail. This should be provided with proof of their identification in the form of photo ID. We will ask them to sign to say they have collected the goods on your behalf.

Same Day Local Delivery

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for same day delivery. We deliver to the following post codes:

RH1-19, GU4-6, KT18, K20-24, CR3, CR5, TN7, TN8, TN16, SM7

There is a charge of £15 (inc. VAT) for this service.

Next Day Delivery

We offer next business day delivery for most* mainland UK addresses. The cost is £4.99 for orders over £100 (inc VAT), or £6.98 for orders under £100. Orders must be placed before 3:00pm to qualify for next day delivery. Standard delivery times are Mon-Fri 8.00am – 6.00pm. All orders are subject to stock availability.

*Our delivery partners charge extra to deliver to some postcodes in parts of Scotland. If you select one of these postcodes at the checkout, no delivery charge will be included, and we will contact you on receipt of your order with a quote for delivery. If you decide not to proceed, no charge will be made.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Offshore Islands or Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery

We offer a standard 2 - 3 day delivery by courier for most* mainland UK addresses. This is FREE for orders over £100 (inc VAT), or £4.99 for orders under £100. All orders are subject to stock availability.

*Our delivery partners charge extra to deliver to some postcodes in parts of Scotland. If you select one of these postcodes at the checkout, no delivery charge will be included, and we will contact you on receipt of your order with a quote for delivery. If you decide not to proceed, no charge will be made.
