1. Introduction
This Policy sets out the obligations of Fixings and Powertool Center Ltd, a company registered in England under number 03001180 whose registered office is at Fixings & Powertools Center Ltd, Brighton Road, Salfords, Surrey, RH1 5EQ (“the Company”) regarding data protection and the rights of trade and retail customer data, supplier data and employee data (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
